Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Albuquerque is requesting bids for the purchase of one (1) complete highpower, multi-protocol International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) and International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) cellular handset identification and location system also identified as a Cell-Site Simulator (CSS) System and installation of the CSS System into a Bidder-provided vehicle for use in law enforcement operations in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications set forth herein. The City intends to establish a Price Agreement (“Contract”) for the Cell-Site Simulator System and vehicle. The Bidder-provided vehicle shall be a model year 2024 or 2023 Ford Expedition, Chevrolet Suburban, or equal Sport Utility Vehicle and shall meet the following specifications: (1) Engine Type: 3.5L V6 (2) Maximum Seating Capacity: 8 (3) Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive (standard) (4) Transmission: 10-speed automatic (5) Wheelbase: 4x2/4x4 - 122 (in.)
