Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lake Manawa State Park has a very popular beach area and a concession building adjacent to the beach. This concession building was constructed in the mid-1980s and is in need of a refresh. This project will remodel the Beach Concession Building restrooms and replace some items on the exterior of the building which are rotting. The restrooms will receive all new toilet partitions, new lavatories and countertops, new restroom accessories, changing tables, and new interior lighting. The exterior of the concession building will get a new coiling door over the existing window wall, new gutters, soffits, and fascia around the entire building. The contractor shall replace light heads on the existing site light poles, poles shall be painted.
