Specifications include, but are not limited to: Metro Parks is seeking proposals from Qualified Professionals to provide land surveying services forconstruction projects, land acquisitions and/or property line disputes. Qualified Professionals areconsidered those that hold a current Professional Land Surveying license within the Commonwealth ofKentucky. Qualified Professionals shall also demonstrate adequate experience and knowledge in:topographic surveys (including horizontal and vertical control), GPS surveys, construction staking, levelloops, ALTA/ACSM surveys, boundary surveys, minor/major plat preparation, easement platpreparation, deed/title research, and setting/resetting property corners. Qualified Professionals shall also have the capability of producing and e-mailing drawing files in AutoCad format (AutoCad LT 2023 is preferred but not required).
