Specifications include, but are not limited to: At the direction of Milwaukee County, will need to provide detailed traffic and crash data analysis of corridors, streets and intersections identified in Phase One of the Complete Communities Transportation Planning Project that received significant feedback to include in Milwaukee County’s Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (a.k.a. Safe Streets Action Plan). We would also like to see multimodal user data for these corridors of concentration (pedestrian, bicycle and transit usage) to determine the best ways to keep the greatest number of roadway users safe while maintaining efficiency. The Consultant will need to provide corresponding municipality traffic and crash data analysis for participating municipalities’ Comprehensive Safety Action Plans (a.k.a. Safe Streets Action Plan) based on what each municipality heard during the public engagement process of Phase of the Complete Communities Transportation Planning Project. The Consultant will collaborate with the representatives from the entity developing Milwaukee County’s Comprehensive Safety Action plan (and supporting participating municipality’s with their individual plans.)
