Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment & material required to install new gridwork and acoustical lay-in ceiling in a Commercial Kitchen located on the Main Compound at Northwest Correctional Complex, 960 State Route 212, Tiptonville, TN 38079. The kitchen area is approximately 3,200 square feet. Ceiling is to be installed approximately 10’ high. Ceiling tile are to be 2’ x 4’ laid in a 15/16” grid system to meet seismic zone requirements. All HVAC vent work and electrical requirements will be performed by others. It shall be the contractor’s responsibility to remove the existing ceiling and dispose of the debris. Note: The state will provide the ceiling tile for the contractor to install – all other materials will be the responsibility of the contractor.
