Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Solicit input from the executive staff of the RILSH board of directors through meetings and interviews to understand the responsibilities/qualifications and appropriate experience and skill set needed for the positions to be filled and work with executive staff to determine selection criteria for successful candidate(s). 2. Develop a recruitment strategy, process, and timetable for completion of the work in consultation with the executive staff of the RILSH board of directors. 3. As needed, and in partnership with the RILSH leadership, develop accurate and compelling job descriptions and provide input on setting compensation levels for targeted positions. Please note preliminary position descriptions are available for the RILSH. 4. Source job candidates through a number of different and targeted channels including consulting stakeholders regarding leads, proactively reaching out to candidates in the marketplace that may not be actively seeking the position, and other best practice recruitment strategies. 5. Assess the qualifications of and responses from interested candidates against those required and requested in the Job Description, offering initial recommendations for finalist candidates to the RILSH board of directors. 6. Support the executive staff of the RILSH board of directors in engaging in a rigorous interview, reference- checking, and hiring process to select the most qualified candidate(s). 7. It is expected that RILSH leadership of the President and Chief Executive Officer will be in place by June 2024.
