Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Community is seeking a contractor to perform carpentry and roof renovations on 40 homes in the Red Mountain Vista subdivision. Roofing; Remove all existing roof materials to bare plywood, remove roof jacks, fascia, overhang plywood, shingle mold, and drip edge. Inspect roof sheathing. Any rotten or damaged plywood will be at replaced at price per sheet cost. Approval must be obtained prior to plywood replacement. Install all new 15 pound base sheet/ underlayment, new roof Jacks and T-tops, install new 30 year Owens Corning Shingles – Colors – Match existing (Brownwood, Desert Tan, Amber and Shasta White). Paint new fascia, and overhang - Best Match Existing. Remove and replace satellite systems as needed. Carpentry: For 40 homes, demo all vinyl soffits, remove existing non-vented freeze blocks and install new 1x6 vented blocks with 1x2 L-mold. For homes with vinyl (17 Total) siding on gable ends, demo vinyl and install new smart side T1-11 style siding. Install 2 new gable end vents. Paint all new materials – Best Match Existing. Install all new 4” black address numbers.
