Specifications include, but are not limited to: Livestock in the bank barn shall be permitted, but are restricted to no more than one hundred (100) head at any one time, and the Lessee shall have reasonable ingress and egress, preferably on existing drives, to access the bank barn. Should the bank barn be used for keeping and maintaining livestock, the premises may not be used for milking or dairy operations, and may not be used for a hog operation. Lessee shall not commit nor permit the commission by others of any waste to the bank barn premises; and shall not maintain, commit, or permit the maintenance or commission of any nuisances defined by law or ordinance governing the bank barn premises; and Lessee shall not use nor permit the use of the premises for any unlawful purposes. Lessee shall not use or permit the use of the premises in any manner that will increase the existing insurance rates, or cause cancellation of any fire, liability, or other insurance policy insuring those premises. Lessee shall, at it, his, or her own costs and expense, comply with any and all requirements of Lessor’s insurance carriers necessary for the continued maintenance at reasonable rates of reasonable fire and liability insurance on the ingress and egress to the bank barn and on the bank barn itself.
