Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Renovate 3 existing bathrooms from non-accessible, single use restrooms into 3 modernized, multi-stalled, ADA accessible restrooms totaling 11 toilets in 11 stalls, including 4 accessible stalls, and 8 sinks. Bathroom remodels include: flooring demolition and laying, drywall, plumbing, HVAC fixtures; sawing cut slab and relocating/adding toilets, sinks and/or urinals, adding electrical and fans as needed; adding backing for grab doors and stalls; installing new plumbing, trim, fans, lights, base covering, grab bars, stalls, mirrors, towel/soap dispensers, and paint. All work will meet or exceed ADA requirements and municipal codes. • Replace 9 exterior wooden doors with 9 storefront, glass doors including 4 installed with automated, ADA accessible operators. Door renovations will include door removal, framing, sawing, cutting, installing/hanging of new doors, brackets, operating arms, and handles for 9 nine doors while installing 4 automated door operators and sensors including accessible strike plates for entry operations.
