Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Furnish and install metal building systems and components for complete weathertight building superstructure, as indicated on Drawings and Specifications. 2. Building Occupancy Classification: S-1 for Storage and B for Office. Construction Type is II-B. 3. Construction consists of a new free-standing building, consisting of approximately 7,000 square feet of area on the First Floor and approximately 280 square feet of area on the Mezzanine Floor. 4. Facility includes 5 vehicle storage bays and office spaces as indicated on Drawings. 5. Site improvements including pavements, walks, utilities, and similar items are part of the Work. 6. Complete mechanical, piping, and electrical systems are included as part of the Work
