Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide security updates including cameras, card access readers and door contacts. 2. Provide secure front vestibule. 3. Renovate and expand administration. 4. Replace exterior waterproofing/sealant joints. 5. Add ramp to access public right away from main entry. 6. Replace fire alarm system. 7. Provide exterior lighting controls. 8. Replace exterior lights with LED lighting. 9. Provide/replace IDF/MDF air conditioning. 10. Replace educational casework in all classrooms. 11. Remove and replace ceiling with new acoustical lay-in ceiling tile and grid throughout facility (except at areas of renovation). 12. Replace carpet/vinyl composite tile (VCT) and base throughout facility excluding all main corridors, auditorium and athletic areas (include ACM abatement where applicable and except at areas of renovation). 13. Replace teaching surfaces at each classroom. 14. Paint all previously painted interior surfaces. Repair/patch walls prior to painting (except at areas of renovation). 15. Provide new marquee. 16. Replace existing wood gym floor (include re-striping). 17. Paint all previously painted exterior surfaces and power wash as required. Provide new landscaping and sidewalk replacement as required. Construct new front entry canopy. 18. Replace modified bitumen roof system. (ALTERNATE BID) 19. Perform mild detergent medium pressure wash on stained or mildewed façade. 20. Provide interior lighting controls. 21. Replace interior lights with LED lighting. 22. Mechanical/HVAC improvement including new split system and rooftop units, replace condenser water piping, controls, condenser water pumps, and air cooled chiller. 23. Plumbing improvements include replacing gas piping, waste piping and hot water heater.
