Specifications include, but are not limited to: ) The Scope of Work outlined within this Request for Proposal solicitation shall not be construed as the final scope of work that will be performed by the CMAR under any contract(s) that may result related to this solicitation. The Scope of Work outlined in this solicitation will be used for evaluation of the proposals submitted under this solicitation. By submitting a proposal, the Proposer is acknowledging they understand and accept these conditions. ii) The project will include pre-construction services and construction for the Terminal E Reconfiguration project, it is anticipated to commence in January 2024 and complete by June 2026, scope of work will be implemented in coordination with Terminal F and a phased approach will be necessary, to ensure gate availability and delivery is achieved for all partner airlines. The Terminal E Reconfiguration scope will include processing modifications throughout the existing terminal, airline reallocation and an expansion of Terminal E of approximately 79,000 SF of new construction and additional work for the reconfiguration of Terminal E. This is an approximation for information purposes only and the final area may not be at or near this size. Terminal E is required to increase processing capacity to accommodate up gauged existing gates and additional gates from the future Terminal F. The scope will update and reconfigure (as needed) areas impacted from the airline reallocation and infill expansion which may include but not limited to: architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, storm and sanitary, data, low voltage and airport systems, life safety, security, access control, Passenger Boarding Bridges, Preconditioned Air units (PCAs), Ramp Markings and Guidance Systems, glycol, Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), jet fueling system, ticketing, security checkpoints, conveyances, roofing, environmental, dynamic glazing, restrooms, signage, wayfinding, graphics, white box airline lounge and interior finishes.
