Mowing; All materials and supplies, unless otherwise specified shall be in compliance with the appropriate section(s) of the latest version of theINDOT Standard Specifications or Hamilton County Specifications 2002 on file in the Auditor's Office. Specifications on file in the Auditor's Office supersede State Highway Specifications. Bid packages and specifications can be obtained at the Hamilton County Highway Office located at 1700 South I 0 th Street, Noblesville, Indiana. It is mandatory that all of the above-mentioned materials and supplies meet specifications on file in the Auditor's Office and all applicable laws and regulations.
