Specifications include, but are not limited to: locating BR underground utilities. Pricing shall include all labor and equipment to locate and update Tennessee One Calls. BR will evaluate all proposals submitted and reserves the sole right to reject any or all proposals and reserves the sole right to enter into agreements with one or more firms based on the results of the evaluations of the proposals and the amount of work to be performed. BR may enter into agreements with multiple contractors and use BR’s own workforce in the same capacity. BR reserves the sole right to assign work according to its best interests. Proposer acknowledges and accepts all responsibility for locating BR’s underground utilities, including but not limited to primary circuits, secondary circuits, lighting circuits, fiber optic, and other Energy Authority owned facilities.
