Specifications include, but are not limited to: : The West Virginia State Treasurer’s Office (STO) is soliciting bids to establish a contract for preventative and corrective maintenance for one (1) Caterpillar electric Forklift and Charger, which is located in Kanawha City area of Charleston, WV (7300 MacCorkle Ave SE) 25304. The term of the contract will be for a Three (3) year base term. The Forklift is a single Caterpillar-Mitsubishi 2EC25 battery powered forklift with 587 hours and was manufactured around 2001. Battery was replaced approximately seven (7) years ago. All three (3) mast hydraulic cylinders were repacked approximately 10 running hours ago; other cylinders have not been repacked. 1.3. The battery charger is a Hawker Powersource LG18-965F3B, three (3) phase charger.
