Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Scope of Work under this Request for Quotation includes the following elements: 1. Survey and Delineate the Preservation Easement Boundary - The successful bidder will employ a qualified Professional Land Surveyor licensed for a minimum of 5 years in the State of Rhode Island to located on demarcate the edges of the easement area in proximity to the side and front property lines. The boundary of the proposed preservation area is as follows: Starting along the edge of pavement just north of the Kinney Bungalow, to the west at the edge of the pavement, To the south on the south side of the existing hedge, to the east on the east side of the existing hedge extending north to the pavement. The existing windmill foundations and well/cistern should be included in a “bumpout”. Image attached to this RFQ for reference only. 2. Provide a Legal Description- The successful bidder will prepare an accurate legal description of the area for the Town to use in the preservation easement documentation. 3. Provide a Survey Plan- The successful bidder will provide a Class I Comprehensive Boundary Survey with monumentation per RICR- Title 435 Board of Registration for Professional land Surveyors Section 1.9.2. (b) for the Class I portion of the Survey of the area described above. This Survey will include the larger parcel in which the area is incorporated which can be compiled as a Class IV.
