Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Initial Consulting – Meet with Client and discuss desired outcomes for leadership team, may include planning for executive coaching, organizational visioning and value setting, leadership development or other outcomes as described by the client. 2. Executive Coaching – In the past, here’s a peak at what was included in Executive Coaching and the desired outcome is similar, at a minimum: The rates should include a 30 minute “welcome to coaching” meeting with each Executive prior to establishing coaching arrangements at no charge. Each 60 minutes coaching sessions will be on an every-two-week basis unless other timing is agreed upon at the initial welcome to coaching session. The service includes a face to face “welcome to coaching” meeting to be held at a location of the client’s choice or possibly the Vendor’s office, if located local. In person is preferred, if possible, if not, Zoom or Microsoft Teams should be available. *If clients are added after the initial start of the contract the multiple client discount rate will be applied to the monthly billing following the “welcome to coaching” meeting with the new client. Optional: 3. Facilitation Services – Facilitate visioning, value setting or other type work sessions with leadership team. Note: Any in person work sessions must be held in Salem, Oregon. Securing a physical location is the responsibility of the client DAS IT. Session with a small group can also be done via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. 4. Additional add-on services such as on-line assessments will be billed at cost.
