Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolition - properly dispose of all debris off- property unless otherwise noted. 1) The contractor shall remove existing membrane roof system, including roof insulation, to deck. 2) The contractor shall remove metal roofing on sloped areas. 3) The contractor shall remove the translucent panels for replacement. 4) The contractor shall not leave areas exposed overnight. New Work 1) The contractor shall provide and install new 1/8th -inch tapered polyiso roof insulation system on all flat portions of the roof structure. 2) The contractor shall provide and install minimum 60-mil TPO roof on flat and slightly sloped areas and down roofing parapet wall. 3) The contractor shall remove any stonework as needed for flashing/roof system and replace. 4) The contractor shall provide and install 24-gauge double lock standing seam metal roof on sloped areas. 5) The contractor shall provide and install new coping on top of parapet walls and along flat roof edges. 6) The contractor shall provide and install new multiwall polypropylene panels to replace existing on “chimney” and to cover two existing holes in lower roof.
