Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, testing, and materials necessary to improve roadways by reconstructing and/or milling and overlaying road surfaces as specified along the following Parish roads:  Montmartre St (R04E138) Section 38 Township 8S Range 12E Mandeville;  N 14th St (R07E080) Section 40 Township 8S Range 12E Lacombe;  Nehl St (R07E017) Section 48 Township 8S Range 12E Lacombe;  Oscar St (R04E066) Section 32 Township 7S Range 12E Mandeville;  Paradise Ln (R04E211) Section 48 Township 8S Range 12E Lacombe;  S 12th St (R07G003) Section 40 Township 8S Range 12E Lacombe;  Henry Rd (R08H024) Section 13 Township 8S Range 14E Slidell;  Poplar Dr (R08F022) Section 30 Township 8S Range 15E Slidell.
