Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, testing, and materials necessary to improve roadways by milling and/or overlaying and patching road surfaces as specified along the following Parish roads: Garden Dr (R09G051) Section 38 Township 9S Range 14E Slidell; Jefferson Ave (R09G015) Section 38 Township 9S Range 14E Slidell; Middle Pearl Dr (R08P010) Section 15 Township 9S Range 15E Slidell; Possum Hollow Rd (R08U001) Section 11 Township 9S Range 14E Slidell; Dr. TJ Smith Senior Mem Pkwy (R09I168) Section 30 Township 8S Range 14E Slidell. The Parish reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the above, as determined necessary by the Parish and as allowed by law.
