Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this IFB is to secure procurement of a VISA or MasterCard card to be used to provide an incentive benefit for Medicaid parent in the Hawaii Child Wellness Incentive Pilot Program (HCWIP). The Medicaid parent shall receive a Visa or MasterCard card in the amount of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars per child below the age of eighteen (18) years old upon meeting HCWIP requirements. This solicitation seeks to ensure that the resulting Contract supports the DHS MQD’s needs and to achieve the best combination of quality, service, and other key components in 1.3. Scope of Services. This IFB provides prospective firms with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit bids for consideration to satisfy the need for expert assistance in the completion of the scope of services of this IFB.
