Specifications include, but are not limited to: HTDC is seeking proposals from BUSINESS PROGRAM models that can offer funding, mentorship, training, and business networks for promising small businesses and to use their existing assets to advance HTDC priorities to support all islands. HTDC is not intending to underwrite or fund any program in its entirety. New programs will need to strongly demonstrate a proven model in practice with a well thought through plan, and teams that have the experience and resources/network to successfully and realistically execute the Applicant proposal. The Applicants should be established organizations with a track record of providing similar business training opportunities for small businesses, tech entrepreneurs, startups, manufacturing, innovation and promising high-growth companies.
