Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the W 13th Street (Brown Street to Scott Street) Resurfacing project. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor for the milling and resurfacing of the roadway for the length of the project, PCC curb and gutter removal and replacement, reconstruction of sidewalk at the intersections including ADA ramp construction, topsoil and seeding, and erosion control. Surplus excavated material such as soil, rock, broken concrete, asphalt, roadside debris and similar materials shall become the property of the contractor to be disposed of in a legal manner outside of the limits of the job site at a location chosen by the Contractor and approved by the Engineer, at the Contractor’s expense.
