Specifications include, but are not limited to: Kitchen: • Repair kitchen foundation. Repairing and/or replacing all damaged floor joist. • Install/replace new sub floors if needed. • Install/replace new stick-on tile if needed. • Replace kitchen cabinets. Color determined by homeowner. • Repair ceiling. Including replacing and/or repairing all studs, sheetrock, nails, screws, mud, tape, texture, paint, and all other materials damaged and needing repaired. • Install stove vent hood. Bathroom: • Repair all holes and damage to Sheetrock, tape, and trim. Including the ceiling. Supplying new Sheetrock, trim, mud, tape, texture, and paint. Paint color to be determined by homeowner. • Replace all broken and/or outdated plumbing fixtures. • Replace toilet with ADA standard toilet. Including ADA handrails. • Replace vanity and sink with any water-resistant material. Color and style determined by homeowner. • Replace tub with ADA standard insert walk in shower. Including ADA shower seat, handrails, and shower head. • Replace light fixtures. Color determined by homeowner. • Replace all outlets and outlet covers. • Replace all light switch and light switch covers. • Replace all air vents. • Replace flooring with nonslip stick-on tile. Miscellaneous: • Repair ceiling. Including replacing and/or repairing all studs, sheetrock, nails, screws, mud, tape, texture, paint, and all other materials damaged and needing repaired. Paint color determined by homeowner. • Replace all interior doors. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets. Exterior: • Replace all windows. Including any and all wood, insulation, trim, mud, tape, siding, brick, and all other damaged material needing replaced with the windows. Paint all trim/sills to match wall paint. • Build and install new ADA ramp.
