Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for the complete renovation of the modular office space site located at the Durbin Feeling Language Center Campus in Tahlequah, Oklahoma (Cherokee County). Bidder/Contractor shall direct bury Electrical Service Cable in Conduit to all three modular buildings of proper size and type for Electrical Utility Service. Bidder/Contactor shall provide and install a Unistrut Framework with 3 - 200amp meter loops and 3 – 200 amp main disconnects (Location TBD by P&D). Bidder/ Contractor will provide and install direct bury cable and conduit from meter loop disconnects to each individual building and make all connections to the three modular buildings. All electrical installation and work shall be performed in compliance to all current code requirements and/or professional industrial standards.
