Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, administration, services, supplies, equipment, transportation, and quality control necessary to provide trash pickup and removal during the Annual Cherokee National Holiday. The contractor shall empty trash barrels when needed and reline barrels with new trash bags, keeping area clean and take all trash to the Nation’s outside designated trash dumpsters. Contractor will also pick up litter across all grounds and maintain the cooling tents. Old food, plates, drinks or anything other trash in cooling tents needs to be monitored each day as listed for the dates at times above. The contractor shall arrive at least thirty (30) minutes prior to scheduled times on each day. In the event of an emergency the contractor shall contact a Holiday Committee Member who will be available on site or by phone.
