Specifications include, but are not limited to: renew an agreement with RSMeans Company LLC to provide Construction Cost Estimating Software for Commercial Renovation, Electrical Cost Data, Facilities Construction Cost Data, Mechanical Cost Date, and Square Foot Model Costs Software required for the estimation of projects for the Design and project Management Section of the Facilities Management Office Camp Ripley. MDMA has determined that RSMeans Company LLC is the only commercially reasonably available products that will successfully integrate with existing software already in place. This is deemed a single source purchase because these items are solely distributed and supported by RSMeans Company LLC and are not available from other third parties.
