Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (“OPRD”) is seeking to increase its pool of firms providing professional Archaeological Services under the Price Agreements resulting from the 2022 solicitation (Architectural, Engineering and Related Services Price Agreements for Statewide Capital Park Improvements and Enhancements, OPRD RFP No 8975). OPRD intends to enter multiple Price Agreements with firms qualified to provide the archaeological services described in this RFP under which OPRD will issue Work Order Contracts (“Work Order” or WOC”) for specific projects on an as-needed basis during the Term(s) of the Price Agreements. The initial term and WOC assignment period of the resulting Price Agreements will be four (4) years. This initial term may be extended at OPRD’s sole discretion for additional time periods for a maximum overall term limit of ten (10) years. OPRD awarded Price Agreements to multiple firms for the following Categories of Services: A. The Services of professional archaeological services firms are required for various components of the potential projects and are described below and in Exhibit A-6 of RFP Attachment A (Sample State of Oregon Professional Services Price Agreement).
