Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of services to be provided by the architectural/engineering firm shall include, but are not limited to, the following:Schematic Design oRefine the project scope involving a meeting with School Staff, Facilities Department Staff, and Local Government Officials.o Schematic site plan and schematic floor plan.o Exterior perspective sketches.o Develop project budget.Preliminary DesignoSite planoFloor plansoExterior perspectives, exterior elevations, and building sections.oBuilding details, material and finish selections.oPreliminary structural, mechanical and plumbing, electrical and lighting, andcontrol system plans.oOutline specifications as needed for estimates.oDetailed cost estimate for project construction.Final Design / Construction DocumentsoObtain all permits and approvals from state and local municipal agencies for the building construction project. These approvals included, but are not limited to, Wetlands, Planning and Zoning, Fire Marshal Office, and Building Department. oPrepare all architectural and engineering drawings for bidding and construction. oPrepare project manual including all technical specifications for construction.
