Specifications include, but are not limited to: The requirement for chain link fence and gate replacement at various locations to be furnished by the Contractor will be on an “as-needed” basis as called for in these specifications at the applicable unit price bid during the contract period and in such numbers as may be required by the State. The State shall notify the Contractor as to the date work must commence on each repair work phase. The State shall notify the Contractor only after a sufficient amount of work has been generated. All work for each repair work phase shall be completed within the working days designated by the approved work schedule. The major items of work to be done include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Installation of appropriate BMPs. 2. Installing new concrete footings, new chain link fences, and new chain link gates 3. Removing and disposing of existing fence and gate materials 4. Preparing and painting new gate posts, new gate frames and diagonals 5. Reinstalling existing signages 6. Maintaining security
