Specifications include, but are not limited to: Building Demolition:- Remove the building.- Dispose of all materials as Presumed Asbestos Containing Material.Site Cleanup:- Remove all trash and junk in the vicinity of the building.- Clear the area of walkways, steps, patios, and any debris resulting from the demolition.Vegetation Removal:- Remove trees damaged by fire in the vicinity of the building.- Eliminate trees less than 10” in diameter in the vicinity of the building. Debris Management:- Approved demolition debris, considered as Clean Fill, should be broken into pieces less than10” in diameter for use as fill 30” below grade. Environmental Protection:- Prior to demolition, install wattle along all down-gradient areas and storm drain protection to prevent sediment runoff.-Contractors must comply with all erosion control measures and UG policies. Grading and Seeding:- Properly grade the area to prevent ponding and sediment runoff.- Seed all disturbed areas and cover with hay to facilitate vegetation growth.
