Specifications include, but are not limited to: Required and Authorized Visitor Services. (1) Required Visitor Services. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall provide food and beverage services. (2) Authorized Visitor Services. The CONCESSIONAIRE is authorized but not required to provide the following visitor services: (a) food truck services; (b) golf retail; (c) golf lessons; and (d) any other visitor services approved in writing by the OFFICER-IN-CHARGE (OIC). Food and Beverage. (1) Restaurant. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall provide food and beverage services from the PREMISES. (2) Alcohol Sales. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall offer for sale alcoholic beverages from the PREMISES and may offer for sale alcoholic beverages in the AREA. (3) Food Trucks. (a) Food Truck Approval. The CONCESSIONAIRE may provide food and beverage services from food trucks in the AREA if approved in writing by the OIC. (b) Food Truck Plan. To request approval to operate food trucks in the AREA, the CONCESSIONAIRE shall submit a food truck plan as part of this CONTRACT’s operating plan. This food truck plan must state the following: (1) desired operating locations; (2) scope of services that will be conducted; (3) equipment that will be used; (4) utility requests; (5) operating schedule; and (6) any other information required by the OIC. If the CONCESSIONAIRE fails to submit or update a satisfactory food truck plan or comply with that plan, the CONCESSIONAIRE will not be authorized to operate food trucks or will be suspended from operating food trucks. The CONCESSIONAIRE will not be compensated by the CITY for any expenses, liabilities, or claims attributed to not being approved to conduct food truck operations, or the temporary or permanent suspension of food truck operations. (c) Food Truck Policies. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall comply with the following food truck policies: (1) CONCESSIONAIRE shall not exceed four food trucks; (2) food trucks must be registered under the CONCESSIONAIRE unless otherwise approved by the OIC; (3) CONCESSIONAIRE shall not conduct food truck maintenance in the AREA except for daily routine maintenance or maintenance approved by the OIC; (4) food trucks must park in areas designated by the OIC; (5) CONCESSIONAIRE shall provide waste containers and maintain the cleanliness of the areas adjacent to food trucks; (6) OIC may invoice the CONCESSIONAIRE to install signage and markings designating parking spaces or parking areas for food trucks; and (7) any other policies that the OIC may require. Golf Retail. (1) Golf Retail. The CONCESSIONAIRE may offer for sale golf related equipment and merchandise from the PREMISES. (2) Use of Area Mark. The CONCESSIONAIRE may offer for sale merchandise that bear CITY MARKS (“MARKS” has the meaning given that term in Appendix A, Section 6.A (Mark Rights)). (3) Retail Approval.
