Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this project is to implement responsible long-term solutions at this intersection. In summary, the project goals are as follows: • Utilize a comprehensive agency and public engagement process to engage, obtain feedback, and achieve community acceptance of a roundabout design at this intersection. • Perform due diligence to support environmental responsibility within the project area • Produce a municipally-approved preliminary geometric layout and construction documents that meets all MnDOT, CSAH, and Washington County requirements • Procure multi-modal project improvements that are consistent with the Central Greenway Regional Trail Master Plan • Achieve a construction schedule that minimizes public inconvenience, while being sensitive to reducing overall project costs and environmental impacts.
