Specifications include, but are not limited to: purchase and development of three property packages, totaling 11 residential and/or multifamily and 1 commercial and/or multifamily City-owned vacant lots located in the West Sunnyslope and Village Center neighborhoods (Lots). Lot information, separated by package and Site Maps are included in this RFP as Attachment D and Attachment F, respectively. This RFP seeks market-viable development proposals that: 1) make the best use of the Lots; 2) are consistent with the Housing Phoenix Plan, General Plan, zoning codes and all other applicable codes, regulations, and guidelines; 3) are compatible with the neighborhood in scale, design, materials, and appearance; and 4) increases owner-occupied housing.
