Specifications include, but are not limited to: The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), a department of the City and County of San Francisco (“City”), seeks to retain the services of up to four qualified Proposers to assist the SFPUC with the development and implementation of its energy efficiency and electrification initiatives (including but not limited to the building and transportation sectors) that are generally organized under the rubrics of its “Projects” and “Programs” teams. The Projects team principally execute projects that involve providing engineering and construction-related services, and the Programs team is principally focused on customer-facing, utility-style energy efficiency and electrification incentive programs that do not provide construction-related services.
