Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide short- and long-term leases for mobile solar-powered cameras to accomplish a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: monitoring of environmental conditions, surveillance of high value assets, and security. This RFP and resulting contract award(s) is a solutions-based solicitation; meaning the State of Utah is seeking equipment, products, and/or services that meet the requirements of this RFP and that are commonly desired or are required by law or industry standards. The Division of Facilities Construction Management, the Division of Fleet Management, and the Department of Public Safety have expressed a need for equipment to support their individual missions. The solar-powered cameras will need to be versatile enough to address multiple needs and be provided as turn key mobile units that can handle the extremes of Utah weather throughout the state. a ) Hardware Units will need to be: ∙ Fully self-contained and solar-powered ∙ Easily transported ∙ Height adjustable Units shall be equipped with: ∙ Night vision, floodlights, and warning speakers ∙ On-demand moving camera b ) Software ∙ Allow livestream feeds ∙ Accessible via mobile app ∙ Able to support multiple user accounts ∙ Active Smart Monitoring and Alerting ∙ System and Streaming Interface Capability
