Specifications include, but are not limited to: Deliverables include the following: Annual strategic recruitment plan developed in consultation with GOEO. The plan may include, but is not limited to: Measurable objectives, goals and joint planning national and international trips for upcoming year, Establish a plan that establishes yearly Tasks and Responsibilities An overview and calendar of activities for the upcoming year, Metrics from the prior year’s activities. A quarterly report including the following: Progress towards strategic objectives and goals, Updates and/or changes to the recruitment plan, as approved by GOEO Invoice for quarterly payment. Periodic report to the GOEO board including: Activities listed in Tasks and Responsibilities, Progress towards strategic objectives and goals, Economic data or other information as requested. Weekly report to GOEO: Updates on recruitment pipeline, Activities listed in Tasks and Responsibilities. The partnering organization will agree to separately manage accounts between state funds and all other funding they receive. The state managed account will have a focused strategy tied to the strategic recruitment plan. The partnering organization will provide audited financials for the separate account upon request from GOEO.
