Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Public Facing Calendar Software: Mandatory Minimums: a. Have the ability to have pictures and text for a calendar event; b. Have the ability to have multiple users to add things to the calendar; c. Be compatible with DWS’ website (iframe capabilities); d. Alt text capabilities; e. Consistent predictable billing, and good customer service with notice prior to revoking account access; and f. Ability to show a link that people can click to register for a class or event Desired additional features: a. Ability to add event to another calendar; b. Ability to filter by categories; c. User friendly for adding and editing events; d. Ability to add “repeating” events (such as a class that runs every Tuesday for 6 weeks); e. User friendly for people to select a specific date quickly; and/or f. Program automatically hyperlinking the registration links
