Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ocean StreetEntrance: • Provide and install a 19' cantilever gate with 15' of adjacent fence panels to close the opening to the property. • Pour concrete pad, install pedestal base, and mount the gate operator. • Install virtual loop detector on the inside of the gate line and on the outside of the gate line for safety protection. • Install wireless receiver. • Install enclosure with key switch for EMS. Monroe StreetEntrance: • Provide and install a 24' cantilever gate with 145' of adjacent fence panels to close the opening to the property. • Install 8' wide double-leaf gates (4' wide each leaf) with a pad lockable drop rod on the sidewalk at the front entrance. • Pour concrete pad, install pedestal base, and mount the gate operator. • Install virtual loop detector on the inside of the gate line and on the outside gate line for safety protection. • Install wireless receiver. • Install enclosure with key switch for EMS. *Include wireless remote controls for the Ocean Street and Monroe Street gates (same remotes for both gates). Cubby Behind the Office: • Install two (2) 6' high filler panels between the column and the building.
