Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall remove metal on the four existing buildings. B. The Contractor shall replace any damaged or deteriorated decking and replace with same materials. All overhangs that are damaged shall be replaced with same lumber as existing, on all four buildings. C. The Contractor shall install new Galvalume 29-gauge SM-Rib roof metal on all four buildings. D. The Contractor shall remove and replace all deteriorated and damaged exterior siding with same materials as existing including the doors on all 4 buildings. E. The Contractor shall prime all new lumber that is installed on all four buildings. F. The Contractor shall scrape and paint all four buildings with two coats of Sherwin Williams lifetime warranty paint. G. Paint shall be the same color that¿s on the buildings now. H. These are historic buildings and shall remain as they are NO Substitutions of materials will be permitted. I. The Contractor shall remove the shingles, felt paper, and repair any deteriorated or damaged roof decking on the York Home. J. The Contractor shall install new GAF Timberline HDZ shingles. Color shall be Hunter Green. The Contractor shall install new ice and water shield around perimeter, valleys, and ridgeline. The Contractor shall install synthetic felt over the entire roof, install drip edge as needed. Shingles shall be installed with 1 ¼-inch roof tacks. K. The Contractor shall remove the shingles, felt paper, and repair any rotten or damaged roof decking on the Can House. L. The Contractor shall install new GAF Timberline HDZ shingles color shall be Hunter Green, install new ice and water shield around perimeter, valleys, and ridgeline. Install synthetic felt over the entire roof, install drip edge as needed. Shingles shall be installed with 1 ¼ inch roof tacks.
