Specifications include, but are not limited to: City of Torrington (COT) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide turn-key finish polishing of the bare concrete floor in the 2,400 SF main office area of the Public Works Garage. • A quote on polishing the bare concrete floor in the office areas. o Floor polished up to 400-Grit resin-bond diamond wheel. o Apply Color bases on customer selection. o Minor and small crack filling with epoxy resin to be included in quote. o Apply and Burnish final sealer. o Office staff will move furniture for access as needed. • Building must remain open and in-use during construction. o Vendor to block off work area in a safe manner to building staff to not disrupt normal business operations.
