Specifications include, but are not limited to: All units must be supplied with toilet paper. B. All units must be supplied with hand sanitizer that will not freeze. C. All units to be pumped, cleaned out/serviced on a weekly basis. D. All units must be capable of being winterized when temperatures are expected to drop below freezing. E. Caution tape shall be used along with "Out of Order" signage if any units become damaged or unserviceable. F. Unserviceable units shall be replaced within 3 business days. G. All units that are unserviceable due to normal wear and tear or weather conditions shall be replaced at no cost to the County. H. All units to be delivered to the specified location. I. All unit types shall be available for use: ADA, Standard or Sink/Wash J. Additional units can be added or discontinued at any time by Dane County (includes other County Departments). 1. County must provide 1 week notice for any location where rental and services are being discontinued. K. Additional locations can be added or discontinued at any time by Dane County. L. Upon request, locations can be serviced more than 1 time per week.
