Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task includes the day to day operations of the contract including timely submissions of contract documents (e.g. monthly progress reports, budget management, invoices, etc.). The project management task will also include any efforts to coordinate this project with the county project management staff, and monthly project update emails to the County Project Manager. The project manager will work on managing roles and expectations of the County Project manager and make sure that they actively participate in the identification of safety projects within their jurisdiction. This task will also include the production of draft and final meeting minutes for major meeting between the Offeror and county staff.
