Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposer must demonstrate in its proposal package that the debris monitoring services it shall be capable of performing includes each of the following services in compliance with all FEMA and FHWA guidelines and regulations and applicable federal law and regulations to any of the counties in the region for which the contract is awarded. As there may be a need for simultaneous performance of services of the contract in more than one county/city in the region at the same time, the successful proposer must demonstrate the ability to provide each of these services simultaneously on a regional basis. The scope of services as described below shall be considered minimum standards to meet in submitting proposals and/or providing services in the event the bidder is awarded the regional debris removal monitoring services contract under this proposal offering.
