Specifications include, but are not limited to: Constructing a new concrete ramp, cutting into the existing exterior wall and the installation of 1 new overhead door and exterior covering in accordance with the design documents prepared by MGM Design Group. • Contractor is to provide all labor to haul off demolished materials and debris not useable for backfill. • Contractor is to provide all labor and materials necessary for grading and repairs of sidewalks, drives, drainage, parking areas, disturbed areas, etc. • Area is to have proper compaction and bedding to minimize settlement. • Contractor is responsible for all utility locates. • Contractor is to provide adequate protection to buildings and existing utilities.
