Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction of a Wellhouse No. 3 including well pump, power systems, controls, standby power generator, process mechanical piping, concrete ground reservoir, and booster pump system. The wellhouse facility consist of masonry block construction; the building will contain the municipal well, electrical, controls, HVAC, plumbing, liquid chemical feed equipment, process piping, booster pump system, and hydromantic pressure tanks. Site work requires water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer utility pipe construction, erosion control, grading, structural excavation, and paving. Project includes process upgrades to Wellhouse No. 2 including installation of a standby-generator, SCADA, and other upgrades. Project includes SCADA system improvement to multiple sites: Wellhouses 1, 2, & 3, existing water tower, Village Public Works Shop, and other remote sites.
