Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Interactive White Board Installation a) White County will provide seven (7) 65” Promethean ActivPanels and one hundred forty-four (144) 75” Promethean ActivPanels for installation by the awarded bidder. The above quantities are estimates and provided for reference only. The actual quantities may change, but any such change will not be significant in comparison to the overall project scope. b) At the direction of White County, all interactive white boards shall be mounted on carts or to walls as per the manufacturer’s specifications to ensure safety and security of the boards. c) Bidders will be responsible for damage to walls and boards occurring because of faulty or inappropriate mounting techniques. 2. Interactive White Board Setup a) Awarded bidder will be responsible for connection and configuration of all Promethean ActivPanels, including Chromeboxs and other associated accessories. b) Awarded bidder will be responsible for supplying a surge protector with a 15 foot power cord for each board. White County must approve the brand and type of surge protector used prior to installation. c) All interactive white boards must be tested after installation and setup to ensure they are functioning appropriately. d) Awarded bidder must provide documentation of serial number for each board with corresponding room number and school to White County upon completion. 3. Cleanup Awarded bidder will be responsible for cleanup, removal, and disposal of all debris generated during the installation process.
