Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Trumbull, Connecticut (hereinafter referred to as Town), through the Office of the Purchasing Agent, will accept sealed bids on the behalf of Trumbull Board of Education in seeking proposals for Agriscience Center Roof Replacement @ 536 Daniels Farm Road Trumbull CT 06611; Access to the building will be Monday through Friday, 6:00 am thru 5:00 pm. Access to the buildings on weekends will not be permitted without written permission by the Owner. If access is granted on weekends, the Town reserves the right to invoice the Contractor for their personnel costs in the form of a change order to the Contract. Keep driveways and entrances serving the premises clear and available to the Owner, the Owner’s employees, and emergency vehicles at all times. Do not use these areas for parking or storage of materials. Schedule deliveries to minimize space and time requirements for storage of materials and equipment on site.
