Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Architect/Engineering (A/E) Design Team shall work closely with the Construction Administrator (CA) and Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) (as applicable) to provide the following designated services for this Project. The A/E scope of services responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: • Schematic Design Phase, Design Development Phase, Construction Documents Phase, Bidding Phase, Construction Phase • New Treatment Building Design • Water Treatment Systems Design • New Pumping Station arrangement Design • Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing Engineering • Electrical and controls for the treatment equipment, pumps, and facility, coupled with integration into the existing SCADA system • Fire Protection Engineering • State and Local Design Permitting • Structural Engineering • Civil Engineering • Relocation of utilities Design • Yard and distribution system piping improvements • Site Improvements • Surveys, Geotechnical Borings and Reports, etc. • Environmental Assessments • Environmental Engineering • Detailed water testing for treatment basis of design • Telecommunications / Information Technologies • Furnishings, Fixtures and Equipment • Cost Estimator • Budget reconciliation and value engineering
