Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Attach 80 mil single-ply PVC roofing membrane utilizing Rhinobond attachment including flashings and other components, to comprise a roofing system for the structure of interest. • Existing equipment curbs and walls are to be flashed with 80 mil PVC membrane. • ½” Dens-Deck roof board insulation shall be mechanically attached over existing roofing system per provided calculations. • Existing wall flashings shall be torn off to expose wall substrate. Walls shall be prepared appropriately to adhere wall flashing. Areas outlined on provided drawings shall be removed to decking and filled with matching insulation to provide smooth substrate for roofing. • New metal coping cap/edge minimum of 24 gauge shall be installed in accordance with manufactures provided specifications. Metal perimeter shall be attached with hold down cleat and fastner. • A new 80 mil PVC, PVC membrane is to be welded to the Rhinobond plate in accordance with manufacturer detail and specification. • Provide and install new continuous, treated wood nailers where required to match height of insulation. Existing nailers shall be securely fastened and free of rot. • Install new roof hatch with skylight top. • Sloped drain sumps shall be constructed out of factory pre tapered polyisocyanurate Q panels covered by ½” inch cover board to receive membrane. Positive drainage is to be obtained in entire sump area. There shall be no standing water in the drain sump area. • Install (5) new drain bowls as outlined on provided drawings. • Install new 6’ safety railing at parapet of roof hatch. • Install 500’ new walkpads location TBD. • Complete removal of the membrane and damaged insulation. Damaged insulation must be replaced. • Review and replace damaged flutes / pan. • 30-year warranty upgrade.
